Counseling Fees
Complimentary Consultation (20 Minutes)
My complimentary, no obligation consultation is an opportunity for you and I to decide if we will be a good fit for each other. The therapeutic relationship is a determining factor in therapy having positive outcomes.
Intake Session (80 Minutes)
$ 250
Our intake session is our initial session where we discuss our mutual expectations for therapy, explore what is bringing you in for services, review our therapy agreement, and any other documents. Subsequent sessions will last 50 minutes.
Counseling Session (50 Minutes)
$ 175
Discernment Counseling Sessions (1-5 sessions)
Initial Session (2 Hours) $ 350
Additional Discernment Counseling Sessions (90 Minutes) $ 250
Healing Hope Counseling is a full fee provider and does not accept insurance. I can provide documentation of our sessions that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. You may be able to use a Health Savings Account (HSA), or flexible spending dollars of a Medical Savings Account. Click Here For More Information About Insurance
Payment is due at time of service. Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments are made through a HIPAA compliant site called Ivy Pay.
If you need to cancel a session, I request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancel is considered anything less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
